PT Super Files | 25mm | Size T1 (F1) | Pack of 6
Tax excluded.
Description
The PT Super Files T1 (F1) are advanced nickel-titanium rotary files designed for root canal preparation during endodontic procedures. These files are heat-treated, enhancing their flexibility and resistance to cyclic fatigue, making them ideal for negotiating curved and complex root canal anatomies.
With a taper of 0.06 and a length of 25mm, they are suitable for efficient shaping of canals. The files are color-coded for easy size identification, simplifying the workflow. Each pack contains 6 files, ensuring consistent performance across multiple cases.
The files are optimized for use with rotary endodontic systems at a recommended speed of 250-300 RPM and torque of 1.5 N/cm, providing both safety and efficiency.

Procedures
Middle third preparation: After creating the access cavity and removing debris, the canal is prepared for intermediate shaping and smoothing of the middle third.
Shaping with T1 (F1): The T1 (F1) file is used for the middle third preparation of the root canal. Focuses on shaping the middle third after the coronal third has been prepared using V1 (S1).
Removes debris and smoothens the canal walls, maintaining canal anatomy.
Operate the file at a rotary speed of 250-300 RPM and a torque of 1.5 N/cm to achieve optimal results while preventing breakage or undue stress on the file.
Sequential instrumentation: Following the use of the T1 (F1) file, the clinician progresses to subsequent files in the system to complete the canal shaping, adapting to the canal’s anatomy.
Key Benefits
Enhanced flexibility: The heat-treated nickel-titanium construction provides superior flexibility, allowing the file to negotiate complex canal curvatures without creating ledges or transportation.
Fatigue resistance: The heat treatment increases resistance to cyclic fatigue, improving the durability and safety of the files during use.
Efficient shaping: The 0.06 taper enables efficient shaping of the canal, creating an ideal middle-third preparation.
Precision and safety: Operates at a low torque (1.5 N/cm) and moderate speed (250-300 RPM), minimizing the risk of instrument separation or damage to the canal.
Color-coded Design: The ISO color-coded system simplifies size identification, enhancing workflow efficiency and reducing the risk of errors.
Ergonomic and versatile: The 25mm length makes it suitable for a wide range of canal anatomies, ensuring adaptability across clinical cases.
Improved clinical outcomes: Facilitates effective shaping, reducing the risk of treatment failure by ensuring intermediate shaping and smoothing of the middle third.
Cost-effective: A pack of 6 files offers excellent value, with durable files that can handle multiple cases with reliable performance.
