Luxcryl Monofast Sutures are synthetic, absorbable, monofilament sutures

Materials: made from Polyglecaprone 25, a copolymer of 75% glycolide and 25% ε-caprolactone. These sutures are designed to provide short-term wound support with minimal tissue reaction, ensuring smooth healing.

Tensile strength retention: Luxcryl Monofast sutures exhibit approximately 60% of their original tensile strength after 7 days and 30% after 14 days. They are completely absorbed within 90 to 120 days through hydrolytic action.

Color: Available in violet or undyed (beige), these sutures are ideal for superficial soft tissue closures and ligations.
